With over 20 years of experience spanning some of the most demanding and technically complex environments in the built world, Kevin brings a depth of knowledge to DM Grund that is rarely found in the building maintenance sector.
Kevin's career has taken him from commercial underwater construction and scientific research in marine environments, through to the highly specialised field of acoustic design and construction for music venues. He has since added Passive Haus certification to his credentials — a globally recognised standard that demands an exceptional level of precision, technical understanding and commitment to building performance.
It is this breadth of experience that underpins DM Grund's approach. Founded on the principle that every building deserves a solid foundation — Grund, the German word for foundation, reflects exactly that — the company specialises in building maintenance and remediation works primarily within the owners corporation sector.
Kevin and his team bring a level of technical rigour, regulatory knowledge and attention to detail that gives owners corporations and their committees the confidence that works are being done properly, compliantly and with the long-term performance of the building in mind.
